Video Studio Design for S4GA

The S4GA management team had a vision: a professional video production space within their own office that would enable them to create content independently and on a regular basis. The proposals they had received earlier for this project were not appealing to them because they did not take into account the company’s actual studio needs.

We took a different approach. Before proposing any permanent installation, we brought my own equipment to their office and conducted a full test setup at no cost to them. The goal was to verify whether we could achieve the effect they expected before making any irreversible decisions. This research-and-development approach (borrowed from engineering) significantly reduced risk early on.

Once we were sure the concept was working, we provided comprehensive consulting services regarding the equipment:

• what to buy,
• how much it would cost,
• and exactly where to find it.

The studio was built at a fraction of the cost quoted in each of the competing bids.

In-Person Training

Once the installation was complete, we conducted on-site training on the cameras, lighting, and sound system, and provided comprehensive documentation that the team could use on their own. We also helped them select video editing software tailored to their equipment’s capabilities.
